Shipping and Delivery

Your items will be in good hands, from ours to yours.

As soon as your order is processed, our warehouse team will begin fulfilment, and our trusted couriers will then begin the journey to deliver your goods.

For products that are in stock, expect 2 - 5 working days to all major cities. Extra bulky furniture can take up to 10 working days as specialty transportation is required. For items stocked in Denmark, delivery times are specified under the product description, being approximately 2-3 weeks.

NB. All artworks are printed to order in Denmark and are framed (if requested) upon arrival at our framing store...delivery of framed prints can therefore take approximately 2-3 weeks. 

You will be able to track the progress of your order along the way - a tracking number will be sent to you once your order is sent from our warehouse.

Delivery times and fees may vary depending on your location, as well as product availability, size and weight...the online shipping calculator at checkout will verify the shipping fees to your location. 

We aim to meet the needs of all customers across the country and can look into alternative arrangements upon request if shipping options show as unavailable in your location. This applies particularly to the Northern Territory.

There is the option of free pickup from 44 Victoria Parade, Kilmore VIC. 3764, our warehouse/display north of Melbourne...this option is available at checkout.
