Returns - Refunds - Exchanges

FAULTS OR DAMAGES

We at Danish Living take the utmost pride in offering you items of high quality and aim to meet and exceed your expectations. The careful design and manufacture of the Danish Living pieces with thorough quality controls result in minimal chances that you will receive a faulty or damaged product. In the unlikely event that a product arrives to you in poor condition or is faulty, we will strive to make things right.

We ask that you, the customer, thoroughly inspect goods upon their arrival to ensure all is satisfactory and in order. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to avoid any complications in your claim process.

In your claim please include proof of purchase, photographs and a detailed description of the issue. We will review all claims within 48 hours of receipt and begin the process of investigation.

Once your claim is approved, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your item/s. Monies to be returned will be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If the product you receive is otherwise somehow not as advertised, described or agreed please contact us within 48 hours so that we may investigate and remedy the situation to your satisfaction.

If, for some unforeseen and unavoidable reason, we at Danish Living are unable to deliver your items as promised you will receive a full refund.

 

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

If you simply change your mind, that’s fine, but we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so that we may halt the dispatch of your item/s and therefore offer a full refund. If dispatch has already occurred, we can offer a refund upon the return of the items if they remain in their original packaging, minus a fee to cover transport and administration costs. 

To be eligible for a refund, please return your item/s in the same condition that they were received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. We will also require the receipt or proof of purchase be provided.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including lighting and certain homewares. Please note that we do not offer refunds or store credits for custom made products. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Danish Living reserves the right to assess claims at our discretion.

 

WARRANTY

All Danish Living products are covered by a 12-month warranty from date of purchase, for manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

This warranty applies only in circumstances where products are exposed to normal wear and tear through expected normal use and care of the products. The warranty does not apply to misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, poor storage conditions or other unreasonable product maltreatment. We reserve all rights to review warranty claims at our discretion and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Act 2010.
