DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
While our showroom is still under construction, we do have a display area at our warehouse in Kilmore, north of Melbourne in Victoria, where much of our range can be experienced first-hand. Please let us know via our contact page if you would like to be met by a staff member at a particular time.
We are excited to have our showroom up and running in the near future.
Danish Living largely operates online, with the availability of free contactless pick-up from our Kilmore warehouse .
WHY IS CONTACT BY EMAIL AND NOT PHONE NUMBER?
Our team have bases in both Australia and Denmark, with our primary contact people currently in Denmark where the time difference is between 8 and 10 hours (depending on the time of year). Once you make initial contact via email we can direct your comments/enquiry to the right person who will then be in touch either via phone or email.
WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOME ITEMS?
The Danish Living collection is made up of genuine Scandinavian wares, most of which come from Denmark to Australia via shipping containers, and this just takes time. There are also special-order items, such as framed artworks which are printed in Denmark and then framed to your specifications in Australia.
We do strive to keep waiting to a minimum.
If you are especially keen to get an item sooner, we may be able to arrange this for you for corresponding fees.
